This has been the trip of a lifetime (so far!) - Georgia is pure beauty and destrution at the same time, but definitely worth visiting if you don't mind some minor inconvenience.

Photos mostly with Sigma 17-50/2.8, some with Tokina 11-16/2.8.

Beautiful scenery, and beautiful pics.
Georgia is a place that I really want to visit: I hope I'll be able to make a trip there in the near future.
In the meantime, thanks for the tour.

Terrific! The #6 touched my heart, with the toy bear in the corner - I had near the same size when I was children but it was all black!
The old and the young, side by side. Great country, a heaven for photographers,

Cheers,

Renato

A nice series. I'd loved on the first one the frame a bit larger to the right . My favorite is no. 13.

thanks a lot for this very informative series, i mean informative beside great shots

would you be the guide for a MFlenses group over there?

The guide? Well, it would be difficult without good command of Russian (my poor Ukrainian only just worked).

On the other hand, people are so helpful that when you can't communicate verbally, just about every other way works.

Thanks Smile

Beautiful shots, well done Lena. My favourite is the old cafe. I think this is the first time we've seen any pictures from Georgia, thankyou
for sharing them.

lovely series that shows the uniqueness of place. too many series like this are of a bench or group of stones or a bicycle lying against a tree--scenes that could be anywhere. these are not only good, but convey a sense of place. i really enjoyed them.
