There is a technical reason, in many sensors the surfaces for capturing the colors are layered -or something like that- anyway I am not able to explain it technically, but the barren fact is that Red colour is captured with a very low resolution.
This is evident to me whenever I try to photograph red flowers, it's not your imagination, it's real, unfortunately, and one of the main reasons why i would love to have a Foveon camera. _________________ Orio, Administrator
