I think enough to store right in my experience if store right even if it has fungus fungus not growing anymore. Fungus one of people mistake their avoid from fungus like pest , but this is false thinking same like scratches on lenses. In most of cases not impact anything else than silly user brain. At the beginning if I get a fungused lens I did try to remove immediately. Now I have lot more lenses and lot less time , so I put them together a separate dry box where humidity is low around 30% two years left none of them did grow up.

Totally agree ... I have used my infected Orestor 135, and the speck of mold in the middle didn't affect IQ ... Nevertheless, the lens came really cheap because when i bought it i let the seller notice the fungus  ... And with a bit of luck, the mold will be removed soon  ...

I can buy a zebra CZJ sonnar 180/2,8 that has fungus, but it is filled with fungus. My question is until what amount of fungus can be tolerated so that it is good the lens? How much money would have to offer?
An old seller told me that I must take a lupe and see one thing (eg a pretty woman) thru the lens with fungus. Image that I can see=image in the film (or sensor). Did he try to sell to me a fungus lens? May be.
He said to me that one of the best fungus killer : the present gastric juice in the saliva.

Hello,
Yes, the gastric juices may kill the fungus, as well as the ammonia/hydrogen peroxide mix (source: Leitz), or an UV lamp ... The cold cream will only remove the molds, but, frankly, don't know up to which level this could work (especially without having a picture of the lens) ...
If i were you, i would offer no more than 10 euros/20 US$, because the fungus may have damaged the coating of the lens (at least, this is my strategy ) ...

The fungus cover all the lens (internal and external elements). I thought in buy it to play dissambled it and rearmed again, and so. But very much fungus, excesive.
And the idea of buy it at 5 or 10 dollars, wel. . . . .but sure the seller will ask much money. Can see.

Don't take this lens, I am pretty sure fungus un-removable in this case lens will not produce good result.
I know international shipping is awful lot to you , how about shipping from neighbour countries like Chile , same lot ?

I haven't experience with this. I don't know about markets in near countries. Not ebay similar. It's good idea to look for.

Still not effect picture quality and you can use for many years without cleaning, with cleaning you will remove coating for sure.
