Can you elaborate a bit what does "with aperture adjustment, also for AF lenses" means and also how do we know which lens is type 1-1 and which is type 19-20?

Type 1-1 is just type 1 to 18, but the closing parenthesis makes the forum software think that the eight is a Cool.

Minolta AF (and Nikon AF) lenses do not have an aperture ring, but still have an aperture stick.

This adapter has an aperture ring (see ON - OFF), which will move the aperture stick (thus opening/closing the aperture).
However, the adjustment steps are of course not as precise as with a MF lens.

How does the aperture work on the Canon EF/ EOS-M4/3 adapter?

it does not work ... since EF is electronic aperture control.
However, you can use your EF lens full open, or you can reuse your Canon adapters.

Hello,

does the Pen F adapter have a screw for retaining the aperture? Can you stop down the lens by simply closing the aperture ring?

Best regards,
