focusing ring konica ar 40 1.8

hello guys, im Tommaso from Italy. I have to apologise for my terrible english... so be patient.

today i bought 3 konica lenses that i want to adapt on my trusty fuji xe-1.

those are: 40 1.8, 135 3.5 and 28 3.5.

the first one is probably the more interesting however i found the focusing ring really hard.
so, im thinking of doing something... i paid the whole bunch (with a autoreflex tc and extension macro tubes) 60 euros!

so far, i opened a pair of lenses but only the more external parts for cleaning, nothing like the focusing ring Rolling Eyes

so, what can i do? any advices?

i searched on google but i havent find anything about disassembling this particular lens
