My long-awaited Flektogon 25 finally arrived. It seems to be in pristine condition, all functions working smoothly. I'll be working the lens on-camera tomorrow, can't wait to see the results. Hope all will be well.

Here are some (very amateurish) quick snaps.

Congrats Laurence! This is a very sweet lens to have.
Not the sharpest, but excellent for architecture, and good colours too.
Treat it with care, this is rare lens!

Thanks you guys! While I understand it isn't an award winner sharpness, I am looking forward to being able to make images in the rain forest that won't "bend" the trees so much.

I also love the wide angle aspect of the lens, and the fact that it is simply a wonderful piece of equipment to LOOK at! Laughing

Call me frivolous, call me a Luddite...it's the way it is... Shocked Who knows, maybe I'll put the lens under my pillow this evening.

Cheers! Lorenzo

Thank you, "Lucis Pictor" and Patrick! Looks like I'll get to use it after work today!
