Here are some of today's images, all at ISO 200, 1/13 to 1/250, hand held.

To my surprise "horizon" issues were minor. I had to rotate the first two images by one degree and the third by two. I have cropped some off the bottom of the first two to remove shadows of parked cars.

The wider I zoom out, the more vignetting there is but I have moderated it digitally.

The building here is the French Horn restaurant at Sonning on Thames.

Focal lengths, apertures and shutter speeds are shown below each image.

The stereo (not very good) is crosseye.

More images to be processed.

Data for the following images, respectively:

15mm at f8 1/200
18mm at f5.6 1/160
18mm at f11 1/80
18mm at f8 1/250
18mm at f8 1/250
13mm at f11 1/125
10mm at f16 1/50

Did you use the cha-cha method for the crosseye?
With wide angle I usually do super stereo (bigger step)

Essentially, yes. However, I always keep a chosen feature (usually fairly central) in the scene in the same position in each of a pair, something not available with twin lens cameras and suchlike.

I do vary lateral spacing. I mostly shoot macro, examples here:

Some from 10mm at f11(more to come). Not necessarily the very best of numerous shots but I expect variation to be slight. There are of a footbridge,

The stereos are in three formats: conventional, crosseye and colour anaglyph. Enjoy!

This huge willow tree grows very close to the road bridge and overhangs it. I don't think it merits multiple formats so this is crosseye. Lens at 10.5mm (estimate) and f11.

Riverside Willows 15mm at f8

Outflow From Watermill at 10mm at f11.

Nice, this lens is on my wishlist Wink

I see some magenta in some corners early on, what camera is used? First gen A7 series?
Cheers Lars

Thanks, Lars.

Yes the original A7R, almost accidentally. I was after a full frame body and this one turned up. I don't like the shutter shake with telephoto images at medium shutter speed. I thought I would use it mainly for wide angle lenses for landscape and architecture but I like the extra depth with full flash macro, especially with the Laowa 25mm at high magnifications.

I miss my X-Pan format and may, in future, crop some images to those proportions.

Ok, thx. I've had first gen A7R myself.
You probably know that you will get rid of any collor cast and get less vignetting with the sensor from second and third gen A7R with this lens. But with X-Pan in mind you would not have any issues with it of course. Or it depends on how you crop Wink

Cheers Lars

Thanks. I won't be investing in any further camera body.

Here are two single frames shot at 16mm and f11.
