Lens label says TV , I suppose this lens is not designed for SLR cameras, so I am not sure usable. Another thing in this focal length not easy to make fast lenses. At wide open I believe just big brands provide good quality pictures. By all other makers wide open aperture set is unusable soft , need to stop down so why we pay much higher price and stop down for take pictures. You have right to not bidding on it.

The lens has an M42 mount.
Attached to it there is a c-mount, which is a movie camera mount.
Look all the pictures.

I saw , strange why they mark with TV , this is the strange point. I look through google I found many "C" mount lenses from this maker. Perhaps they make this lens for SLR market for a short while.

"C" is the typical mount of security cameras.
This explains the "TV" printed on the barrel.
One very famous example of a lens of this kind is the Schneider Curtagon-C 35mm., also known as "Baby-C".

That Schneider lens was designed to be used on surveillance cameras, but it is an excellent performer also mounted on a reflex, and it constantly sells at around or above 100 Euros on Ebay (which is not bad at all for a 35mm lens, and not one of the fastest either)

Veijo can surely tell you more about the baby-C, he owns one.

So the "C" factor is not a quality issue for the lens, per se.

I would be more concerned about the unknown brand, than about the "C".
The risk of it being a lemon is only related to the quality of the brand.
It is also true, however, that a speed of 1.8 on a 135mm. is surely an uncommon one (and usually a very expensive combination), so, if someone has a spare 100 Euros, it may make sense to try a purchase. The sum is not too high for this kind of lens, and if it turns out to be a dog, one can always resell it.

Here's the most recent C-Curtagon sold on Ebay, for 106 Euros, like I told you - this lens rarely gets sold below the 100 Euros threshold:

This Curtagon has "C" mount, starter lens has M42 screw and comes with "C" mount adapter. Starter lens has $125 reserve price this means for me not easy to resell.
