One of the finest a capella choirs ever to be assembled. They specialize in mediaeval/renaissance church music (Tallis was one of England's greatest and hence their name). They have won every prize available to them and performed literally all over the world. I have every disc they have ever produced

Thanks for sharing this, Mattias! I've never heard of them, but will be buying
any CDs where they are performing William Byrd's works. I don't normally
listen that much to choral groups (last time was some Franciscan monks
singing Gregorian chants) but am amazed at the level of sound this small
choir can produce!

They are the best - and the disc Matias said he was getting is one of their most approachable. I recommend it for newbies. If you want complete and utter devastation try the Tallis "Spem in alium". It's a 40 part motet that was written 400 years ago and could have been written yesterday.
