Thanks Rolf. I thought I said before but checked and didn't. So I'll say it now, If you and your wife should come over you have a guide for as long as you are in my area.

Edit: that goes for other MF members also.

Thanks Attila and Tobias. I love the colors of Ektar 100. It has a bit of a learning curve but once you figure it out I think its hard to beat..

This is the 3.5 version and I really like it. Easy zoom and super smooth focus. I am going to get one of the collapsible rubber hoods. I have had good luck with them.

I got this one for $82.00 and it is mint.

I don't think its heavy. I just took a Tamrom 24-135 off an ElanIIE and compared them. They seem to weigh about the same by feel. If you want I can weigh it tomorrow.

These colours looks somehow artificial for me - did you postprocess these pictures much? If no, try shooting with skylight filter.
