Hi,

I think the word's 'intact' - and it looks ok but with this stuff one can never be too sure - I have had good and bad experiences, sometimes both from the same sellers!

The website is a direct rip off of a Canadian retailer website.

So I guess buy at your own risk.

That's interesting! I searched the British Telecom online directory for Entac in London and got no hits at all. In fact there is only one hit for Entac in the entire UK and that's a completely different company. The phone number is a premium rate 0870 (non-geographic) number and, unlike the Canadian site, they don't give numbers for any of the branches, so if you had a problem it would be difficult contacting them. I'd steer well clear I think.

They have physical branches, so it might be possible for a member in the UK to visit one (and even pick up something for you).

Just be wary of them - I recall a similar company operating here in Ireland some years ago...

From their FAQs :

Do I have to pay custom duties/ taxes, etc?
- EU customers:
Packages to the EU do not have to be declared, all taxes are also paid.
- International customers:
We will mark any items as a gift or sample on the parcel, so you needn't to pay any custom taxes.

Not looking good, now. I smelled a rat when googling on 'entac' brought up nothing, and that for a store that claimed to have umpteen branches on that page I quoted from their site.

Me too...the crowd in Ireland were supposedly based out near Dublin Airport in a retail park - mate of mine who's a motorcycle courier took a look for them. One bloke in a very empty warehouse was all he found, but he confirmed that it was indeed the correct company and correct address!!! Wasn't too sure what exactly it was the company did though - the guy in the warehouse that is, not my mate Embarassed
