I still have to try it, but I am keen to see how that works...

Lens correction works wonderful - if you own a lens that is supportet by this software. The correction for the 24-105L is perfect. But I'm still missing a tool for straightening in DPP very much.

Works with the 17-40L too but I don't have any suitable images to check how effective it is.

Still need to check two more lenses, but with my other EF-lenses it doesn't work. Sad

Typical Canon!!! Evil or Very Mad

Only the professional lenses and the new (or pro) cameras!

This is the crappy service, I am used to from Canon.

I will not change to DPP. Canon loses many users when they upgrade as restrictive as that. Canon and Adobe: Service? Booooo! Evil or Very Mad

Allright, Canon, I will continue to use my Helicon Filters and PTLens, two excellent and affordable programs - much better than the Canon stuff.
(They even work with manual lenses, since you can adjust them to a certain extent.)

I recommend these two apps to every photographer!

(Constant and quick updates BTW!)

I recommend Breezebrowser Pro, it uses the same SDK of Canon so the processing of the images is identical. But it is 100 times better and with a lot of added features. Just look at the description. I use it since 2003 and am very happy.
