Why ?

Word order is important for search engines, if you put [username] lens is sale into title. Search engines will pick it up only at first place if somebody seek your username !?

Right method is

flektogon 20 .... anything what you would like to put here.

if something sold, please don't change title, mark instead in first post item is sold already.

why ? URL come from title , genuine url already in search engine, when you change it to [close] lens blah blah. Genuine URL will be gone and search engine will found a broken link... broken links put back in order of importance this site!

How about lens [username]? Example Flektogon 20 [seller]. Not sure about other members but I find that the user name in the title is very useful for me.

Since we are at this subject, is it possible to add a column for seller name in marketplace>latest ads?
