just one blade?

if you can remove it or fix it so is doesn't protrude to the middle?

This is definitely fixable, but you do want to fix it, otherwise your aperture mechanics would jam/disintegrate very quickly. Basically it's just a blade out of alignment. I don't know how easy it is to repair this particular lens.

It can be just a blade out of position or, what would be very bad, a blade that has lost one of its pivot pins.

In my experience this means the blade is broken. As Gerald above said it's guide pins are gone. Needs to be fixed by replacing a blade. I saw this listing and passed on it - simply because I know what a total PITA finding that spare blade will be.
