I think it's a scam. They used parts of a CZJ or Pentacon zebra lens and assembled them with something else to make it look like a secial rare or prototype lens.

I guess so, bottom is came from Pentacon 100mm, in that age nobody used M42 mount scammer had limited knowladge.

Well if you read the description text It seems that this product is a joke of some kind.

From the description:
...and according to the Vademecum there is some...

Vademecum is the name of a brand producing tooth cleaning paste...it has large TV advertising campaign in my country.

And the name of the lens:
Rareac - It comes from the English word RARE

LOL and I almost fell from my chair when I've read about EARTH-GLASS ... LOL this is fun.

And does anybody knows something about Vinten camera. I am sure that they made this to.

And this seller has 100% positive feedback. How? Why?

Google is your friend, see e.g. http://photo.net/bboard/q-and-a-fetch-msg?msg_id=00ANsZ
and http://members.aol.com/dcolucci/sell.htm

The lens on sale is probably quite legitimate. However, the price might be ridiculous,

Edit: corrected mistypings in the links.

Lens name seems valid, but this lens is fake in my opinion.

Very good find!!

Any news about your other Flektogon tests? I am very curious about them. I value your opinion very much (as you know).

Yes it means "you, go with me!"
Traditionally is referred to the scholars book, or the instructions book, that are supposed to follow you wherever you are.
But the words per se only mean "you, go with me!" and can therefore be used to any object that is supposed to be so important that the owner can not leave it behind.

why does it have TWO aperture rings? One only goes to 2.8, so it's obviously a hybrid beast Rolling Eyes

It is commonly used for reference books or any kind of guide book, but the words per se mean "come with me".
