hey everyone, picked up a contact body for a decent price. everything seems to be working but in the viewfinder there's a small ring on a stem at the bottom that doesn't move. I'm not sure if its meant to??

any suggestions?

According to google, it's the "exposure compensation tab" - how it works I don't know.
