an optically nice lens, but a little boring(closest focus 0,7m). so i have removed the focus ring, and unscrewed the focus limiter, placed beck the focus ring, and voila, now is focusing down,more or less 0,3m. A simple trick that can add some fun to your peacefull - MIR Wink

thnx,just test shoots done on my terrace few minutes ago Smile
the MIR is a nice sharp lens, but having just the 0,7m the closest focus distance is a little boring
