I have mouses in my house
I try trap but mouses are very smart
I catch one in a glass and give it to a cat to see if he can help
The cat didn't look interested so I add ham
At the end, the 'clever' cat didn't catch the mouse Sad

House's cat is fool. Like a writer argentine said, see one cat and you will see all of them.

The dog is another thing, for me of course.

The cat is right, the dog is great. But both are lovely, aren't they?

Rino.

Here's a picture of my cat, Lady May-Bug. I shot this outside, looking in. The building is a reflection. This is the picture just as it was shot...No Photoshop tricks.

BTW...She's a VERY good hunter.

Ever try to give a cat a pill, I will show you my scars!

I had 2 rescued cats from the pound, very nice until it was time to take the pill.

poilu, rule of thumb with cats: they never do what you want them to do. They always do what THEY want to do. And when you want them to do something, they always decide to do the opposite, because they can not let you think that you own them. They protect their independence.

And that is why they are superior to dogs Wink

that's actually quite true, cats have never been domesticated the way we think they have and stay fiercely independent and can easily live without humans.

Dogs are still better though.

Laughing
She wouldn't have a problem getting her own food, that's for sure. Wink

A some weeks ago I was talking with Monica's sister about the bunch of wood we have made for the winter and how to store it.
I was considering to cover the top of them with a plastic sheet but she said "Mice will nest inside, imagine if Monica goes to take the wood, she will find the mice, poor Monica". And I replied "if the mice come to live here, I say poor mice, because with Melissa around not one of them will survive." Laughing
