I bought two pre-war cine camera lens a 7,5cm and 5cm Sonnar , both have Movikon mount , register distance is close to C mount.
I had ethical question convert or not convert them to mount on NEX to feed curiosity.
First I thought adapter , but due small available space it did look impossible to make it well.
I can't butcher rare lenses with conversion or very hard to do and I will always shameful Embarassed
Karoly my genius repair man found a good solution , he did made ring from strong plastic to a NEX adapter which is keep lens gently and strongly , positioned perfectly , usable well and if need removable and lens will in genuine stage again. I will make some shoot later from adapted lens , looks pro and even more important no harm on lens.

Those lens are great, from times when engineering was an art.

Do you know the image circle size for these lens, is it standard 16mm?

Perhaps best quality pre-war item until now what I did try.
