Carl Zeiss Jena Tessar 135/4.5 M42

The lens is remounted into a M42 tube, so it can be used on many cameras. It was made probably sometimes in the end of 1926 (sn #719xxx). The lens is uncoated, but free of scratches, cleaning marks, fungus and haze. There are only a few dust particles, but surprisingly in lesser amount, than in many newer lenses.

Iris consists of about 15 blades, so it's round. Range is f/4.5 - f/36. Fusing is possible via the lever, so it it's a bit unpractical.

Lens is sharper than mine the pre-war VP Exacta medium format Tessar 75/2.8, but less sharp then mine ~1928 Schneider Xenar 150/4.5. Deep lens hood is necessary for good contrast.

Simply BEAUTIFUL! I would take it, but just can't part with my "camera fund" money right now. Someone take it! Just look at the vase image!
