Hi folks!
Does anybody know what this little lever is for? The one on the opposite side of the lens locks the collar, but this one seems to have no use...

It is a lever to preview the depth of field.

Remember that the lens is fully open when the Pentacon Six shutter is armed, or when using the lens with the original Pentacon M42 adapter, the user actuates the lever that arms the auto-diaphragm mechanism within the adapter.

With a "modern" chinese adapter without an auto-diaphragm mechanism, the DOF lever has no effect.
