I think this copy of the lens is not very sharp. I 'll bring mine out next time.
Nice scenes.

1. Very nice images -- I enjoyed the "visit" to a very pretty looking city. Smile

2. Is that Budapest, and the Danube River?

3. What is that building, and what/who is the statue of?

4. Is that lens an "original" (Contax) Zeiss Distagon 28/2 or a more recent version?

Thanks, Attila.

Nice shots, and welcome to the A7R club Friends
I bet you will be pleasantly surprised with how well your lens collection will work with that FF 36 MP sensor...

Thanks for the response, Attila. I just now read about Andrássy Gyula (although I had to do so in the English language version of Wikipedia).

Perhaps someday I will be able to visit Budapest, and I'll take along my Pentax SMC 28/2 "Distagon/Hollywood", to try the same shots, too. Smile
