Yes, it was really hand held. But the ISO permitted me to use the speed 400. And the lens is very convenient for the hand held shoots. It is really long with the hood, when it is protruded forth.

So, you have to hold it by the end of the hood, and it makes the whole system very stable. However, the sharpness adjustment is very tricky. It requires the screen magnifier to be used in all cases.
