A friend asked if I would be interested in an old movie camera. From his description
it sounds like a Canon Cine Zoom 512, and it comes with two lenses.

I have tried to find additional information, like what mount those lenses
have, since I would like to use them on a Canon EOS 600D with/without
a VNEX/VCAN adapter. But so far nothing useful has popped up. Does anyone
know anything about the quality of those lenses?

The lens on Canon Cine Zoom 512 is non-removable. It is no feasible to use most 16mm cine lenses on Canon SLR as you will not have infinity and you will get big image circle.

If it is a fixed lens, the two lenses could be wide-angle and telephoto attachments.
