You really need a photo of this lens with the cap off.

It looks to me like a 70s-80s vintage Vivitar 200mm f/3.5 if I had to guess.

As for the mount -- it's not Nikon or Canon FD, probably not Olympus. There's no tab that Minolta lenses usually have, so by process of elimination, I'd say the mount is likely either M42 or Pentax K.
