Can these elements be removed from housing?

Hi. I posted this question before but I think I put it in the wrong forum. I noticed that the rear elements of my Nokton had the rainbow effect and so I'm guessing that they have separation, but I'm not sure if the elements will come out for repair. The outer element ( the one that bulges outwards) is loose inside the house, i.e it twists but can't seem to pull it out. Have ordered a suction cup. But if I can't get them out, do you think it's unwise to attempt to heat the balsam and recementing while they are still in the housing? My instincts say ...don't touch!
