This is a Vivitar - and to my eye resembles some of the early M42 Mamiyas.
Can you pick the manufacturer from this image please.

This is a long shot, but my Tokina built lenses (Vivitar and Tokina branded) all have very shiny, chromed mounts (the finish resembles chromed car parts more than the "dull" metal found on many other lens mounts).

The mount in the image looks very shiny, so I would think it´s a Tokina.

This 2.8/100 might be a Sun as suggested by Pancolart.

Sun is the likely maker. Focus direction is opposite the Tokina tradition. Vivitar serial on these usually starts with 4. Other brands include Miida and Hanimex and appear to start with year of manufacture, 69 thru 74.
