For those GX100 proud users, that do not want to spend $180 on a VF-1 electronic viewfinder, there is a cheaper solution to avoid the sunlingth fading the LCD vision:
First I did a design on paper. A tab fits in the flash socket to keep the shade attached to the camera. In the downside, a 3/4 screw fixes the shade.
I took a piece of rigid black plastic sheet, I cut the shape, folded, glued and voilà, you have a cheap alternative to the VF-1.
