I saw one advertised as "new", and I got it. My previous one is quite damaged, (probably after my insane intervention to fix the initial problems). But even damaged, the images were quite promising, so I decided to go for another one.
Today I've gotten it. Comes in a sealed plastic bag, looks like brand new.
I'll be trying it tonight or tomorrow.
This is the second one, I'm afraid the third one will come with the Zenith 122, but that one will be a 44-M6 instead. When I bought the Zenith I had already bought the second one. I like it, so never mind Wink
Best regards,
Jes.

I just wondered why your Helios lens looks so big at your 350D, then I realised you do not use a battery grip.
It's interesting how much this grip changes the size of the cam.

I got one, but I get rid of it... It was too clumsy to my taste. I do prefer the smaller size of the camera without the grip...

Jes.

I got two Helios 44 (of the -2 suffix) and I'm looking forward for the third that hopefully will come with the Zenith 122 camera I recently bought through eBay.
I think it's a 44M4 but unsure at this time. I'ts not clear at the pictures... In fact, I was buying a camera body and the Helios comes as "body cap" Wink
Best regards,
Jes.

First Helios shots,
These are not ful size because the limitations with Imageshack...

I went this morning to the Sport Palace to watch my son playing basket. The sports field is on top of a hill behind my village, nice views from there.

In general, good saturation, sharp and nice colours.
Quite satisfied...
Best regards,
Jes.

Thanks!., I just noticed it... It was working fine yesterday...
I didn't want to clutter too much the messages, so I tried to put a smaller signature.

Best regards,
Jes.

I have a 44 in m39,

I use it backwards for macro, works fantastic.
