Its an Oscilloscope camera lens, cheaper if you buy the whole camera rather than the lens by itself.
Got mine for £30 while the lens can go for over £200 -ish. http://tinyurl.com/o3awhxf
Not sure if it will adapt unless you modify it for DSLR, works fine on A6000.
Looks to be about 30mm from the sensor to get infinity

Very nice lens, could be good for portraits. Lovely glow wide open.

Thanks. Unfortunately there will not work with my DSLR. Indeed a very nice lens.
