I have two black CZJ Tessar 2.8/50 lenses, both of which have stuck diaphragms.
I have tried to dismantle both but can't get to the diaphragm. I've successfully dismantled the diaphragm mechanism on a number of other lenses (various Takumars, Vivitars mainly) before, so am a bit stumped by the Tessar.
I have removed the optical block from the body, and am left with the following:

I've tried the following:
- unscrewing the name ring on the front of the block (as has worked for me in the past with a 'zebra' style tessar and I can't shift it.
- unscrewing the helicoid from the name/filter ring
- removing the rear element (it came out, but I couldn't see any way of doing much else)
I'm now at a bit of a loss. I've asked google and searched on the forums and can't find anything specific, so any pointers or guidance would be appreciated. [/img] |
