Here are a few B/W shots form a yesterday's trip to Breda (Holland).

The motives are from the main church, the Begijnenhof (place where the nons live(d) and a from a local cafe.

Very nicely done, the lens is obviously good - and so's your eye and processing. +1 on #6, though #1 is appealing too - and the detail in 3-5 is excellent.

Very nice, filmlike results! So you are spending almost half of your time in Nederland???

Thanks guys for commenting.

@Peter
yes, seems nearly Smile ... I still have lots of contacts with musicians to Holland. Recently I got some nice concerts in Holland too, and I love to come back every time. Now I have some days off (as percussionist I can't play the Matthäus Passion these days Wink ), before I leave to Austria again.

Cheers
Tobias

...now it's clear to me. I mean that grain and better sharpness at the second uncropped image. Like both versions. Cropped looks more intimate but original have own simple appearance.

Very well done Tobias, I second Peter's opinion that it has "film like" quality...

@spleenone
#6 is a crop from the RAW file but the shown image is a bit differently processed, therefor also the different appearence of grain etc ...

@tf and Klaus
Thanks for your commenting, I start to really enjoy B/W processing Smile

Cheers
Tobias
