Does anyone know this lens? I tried hard but was unable to unearth anything whatsoever about it.:

It is a d-mount lens from Sun Optical as the ad says. Atlas is just some of the trade names used or a trade name for some third-party vendor. Bright body Soligor Elitar wide angle in d-mount is basically same lens with small cosmetic changes.
The black body cap and Paillard lens cap are from a 8mm camera+lens that has gone some other way.

Nota Bene: This lens gives some vignetting even with the smallest sensor size of the day, the Pentax Q.
