This Polish seller has 2 Kinoptik Apochromats (100/2 and 75/2) in m42, prices (with bids) are over $500 each. Do you guys have info about these lenses? Why are they so expensive?

Kinoptik is a small French manufacturer that produces high quality lenses. Here's its webpage in English: http://www.kinoptik.com/ENG/optik_obje_photo.htm

Both lenses mentioned in Alex's thread are (expensive) lenses developed for photography and are not adapted cine lenses. They are available (still manufactured today) in a variety of mounts, even in custom mounts made to order. These lenses are quite unusual in M42 mount and I guess the samples on eBay will sell for more than $2000.
