It has many rare features.

First, it's a 75mm f/1.5 lens, which for the 30s, is REALLY fast. I mean it is super fast also today, imagine for that time!

Secondly, it is a beautiful piece of craftsmanship produced in not many exemplars due to high price

Thirdly, it is designed by nothing less than legendary Paul Rudolph, the man who invented the Protar and Planar lenses in the 1890s, and who, after having worked long time for Zeiss, was hired by Hugo Meyer for Meyer Goerlitz Optics.

I mean, how many lens designers do you know, whose name was printed on the barrel of the lens?
And before the name of the producer.

In other words this lens incorporates a true slice of lens history.

I admit, I am drooling.
