It's the sniper I'm using but I put a delay too small to match with the time shifting...

It depends on connexion speed. Actually Biet-o-zilla does all action on ebay.de service. I'm using 8 seconds also but if the sniper time is not in sycn with ebay.de one, it can bid too late - or too early.
