Very nice! I really like the way a good Sonnar renders an image.

The lens does need an adapter and I thought that I would make one.
Three parts - modified Fujifilm camera adapter + helicoid + M39-M42 ring glued to the lens.

I already had the helicoid in M42 which I use for several lenses.
I also had a couple of adapters that were essentially free.
The Fujifilm adapter was one that started as a Konica AR adapter but was wrongly machined at the factory and was replaced. It formed the base for this little project.
Its mount plate was removed, and after reducing its register distance, an M42 for Nikon adapter was added in its place. I used this because I had one lying around and it was not useful otherwise.
So my adapter cost me nothing really but time and effort.
The lens does not focus to infinity.
The adapter is too thick for that.
It does focus from about 6 inches out to about 8 feet.
This makes it good for close ups and portraits.
