I guess rare really one of them 50-60 third party lens maker from 60th-s. Estimated value is $20 , as usual nobody want to pay significant amount for a never heard lens.

Some calculations of a 60-300 lens are pretty good: Tamron SP or Soligor C/D, but those are not a constant f3.9, and thus most probably a different lens calculation.

If you can get such a lens cheapy, got for it and try it. Sometimes they are hidden gems. But it is risky to spend a lot of money on such a lens, since it could be desaster.
