Hi all,

I just got by mail my Carl Zeiss Jena Flektofon 4/20 (comes with the adapte and electronic chip for foucs) to use with my 30D. I know that it must be used in Av (I think...) but, how do I make it work? How does it work?

Any guide I could use or is it a matter of try/fail/success method?

Regards,

Fer

Hi,

Well, I just realized how to make it work... Embarassed ...I should have checked in the internet and in previous posts. Just in case, here a couple of links for nerds like myself:

I will do some shooting this afternoon and post it here for your comments. Regards,

One tip: check the exposure (histogram) every now and then...
Some manual lenses cause faulty metering on an EOS.

Hi,

I just came back from a walk in the center of Madrid. I have taken a few pictures. I must say I find it more difficult when I have to focus far away than when I have to do it close. I include a couple of pictures. I have only touched a bit exposure, little else (even if I wanted I couldn´t do anything else since my knowledge of Photoshop is very very little) Anyway, a couple of examples as how I did today with my new toy.

Regards,

Fer
